How do I order my invitations? TOP You can either order online/via e-mail or we can set up an appointment to meet in person.
Where are you located? TOP We would love to meet with you in person. We're in Lexington, Kentucky at 1600 Harrodsburg Road. We are by appointment only so please make sure to call or e-mail ahead. 859.971.1122
How much do the invitations cost? TOP Our invitations range from $.50 to $5.00 an invitation. We are proud to say that we have a huge selection of invitations and we will do our best to help you find the perfect invitation for you while staying within your budget. We always offer 20% off the price that is in each album.
How long does it take from start to finish? TOP Most invitations printed with thermography take around 5 business days. Photo invitations, Engraving and letterpress will take 2-3 weeks. In a hurry? We have several invitation companies that we can recommend that can be there in 2-3 days.
When should I order my invitations? TOP
I recommend having your invitations ordered between 3-6 months in advance of your wedding date. Invitations can be rush ordered for an additional charge if you need in a hurry.
What do I say on my invitations? TOP Don’t worry if you don’t know what to say on your invitation, that’s what we’re here for. Traditional wording, non-traditional or anything in between, we’re happy to help you come up with the perfect wording.
How many invitations do I need to order? TOP After you have finalized your guest list, note how many married couples you have because they get just one invitation. You will also want to count how many single guests you have. children over the age of 18 who still live with their parents should receive separate invitations, while children under 18 are included on the parent's invitation.
You will want to make sure to send one to your entire bridal party, parents, grandparents and the person officiating your ceremony. don't forget to mail yourself a wedding invitation on your wedding day.
Can I see a proof before you print my order? TOP A PDF proof of your invitation, program or napkin is available at your request for a small additional charge. The PDF proof typically takes 2-3 days to receive.
How will my order ship and what are the charges? TOP
All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless another carrier has been requested. 2 day or overnight shipping is available at an additional charge. Shipping and handling charges depend on your zip code but will be approximately 5% of the order.
What type of printing method do you use TOP
You have the choice of several different printing methods. The most popular are Engraving, Thermography and Letterpress.
Engraving is an older, more traditional method of printing. a metal plate engraved with your text will stamp the lettering into the paper from behind. This creates the raised lettering on the front and an impression on the back of the paper.
